Detroit, MI – Detroit Public Schools is seeking proposals from those interested in the purchase and development of district land and property.

The school district has recently added to the list of properties available as follows. A total of 29 properties for sale include 27 previously closed schools and two vacant parcels.

Included are these school buildings:

Properties are available AS-IS and will not be available for interior inspection prior to submission and acceptance of proposals. The district reserves the right to reject all proposals, waive requirements, or negotiate with one or more proponents. All purchases are subject to Board approval.

Sales are pending at three sites previously offered for sale: former Bates Academy, former Burton International, and Fairbanks Elementary.
